Manage your profile, subscription, and get help with the platform.
Profile Settings
Your profile settings are accessible from the Settings page, available in the sidebar navigation. Here you can manage your account information:
- Name — Update your display name, which appears on reports and in participant lists.
- Email — Your login email address. Contact support if you need to change this.
- Password — Change your password at any time through the authentication settings.
Your profile information is used across all cases you manage or participate in. Keeping your name accurate is especially important for managers, as it appears on finalized allocation reports.
Subscription and Billing
Allocate offers two subscription tiers:
Free Plan
- Up to 2 active cases.
- Full access to all core features: asset management, voting rounds, and allocation.
- Basic reporting capabilities.
Pro Plan
- Unlimited active cases, participants, and voting rounds.
- PDF report generation for round catalogs, analytics, and final allocations.
- Priority support.
You can view your current plan and upgrade from the Pricing page. Billing is managed through a secure portal — your payment information is never stored on the Allocate platform directly.
Tip: If you are evaluating Allocate for a new engagement, the Free plan gives you full access to test the workflow with up to two cases before committing to Pro.
